COMMON QUESTIONS

To find updates on your order, please contact us.

Please allow 3-7 business days for us to thoughtfully package your ready-made wicks and supplies order. For custom products, please allow 1-3 weeks for us to create and package them, prior to shipping. Any order with a value of $1,000 or more will be processed in 7-10 business days. These order lead times do not include shipping times. Please refer to your chosen shipping method for approximate shipping rates.

Once orders leave our facility, they become the property of the shipper. If your package says delivered and you are unable to locate it, please contact your family members and neighbors first as they often end up in familiar hands. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your shipping provider. Additionally, if they are unable to recover your package, please reach out to Customer Service for a replacement.

Taxes are charged by the state for which you are delivering to. Tax rates vary from state to state. If you have a reseller certificate, please submit that to us.

FRAGRANCES

Our fragrances are a perfect match for all of our wax blends. They are also well suited to soy, soy blends, natural blends, coconut, paraffin, paraffin blends, palm and beeswax among others.
We are always expanding our line of scents.

While most of our candle fragrances are phthalate free and paraben free, high-end luxury fragrances of superior quality, they are not all 100% natural. The majority of our candle fragrances contain a combination of essential oils and fragrance oils that are formulated for optimum performance in a candle.

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express but feel free to contact us for other payment options.

We will send tracking information to the e-mail address associated with your order once the item has shipped. If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business day, please contact us at (012) 123 - 4567

When ordering as a gift for someone, be sure to enter in your email address to receive all summary information but enter in the recipient’s name and shipping information. We will be sure to keep all prices and receipts out of the package.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, within 30 days of placing your order, we will refund you for your purchase with no questions asked.

WAX

We ship all around the world... Please provide here you own shipping information, including times, prices, options etc.

This depends on whether it is an International or a Domestic order. All orders within the U.S. are considered domestic orders and they are shipped and delivered within 2-5 business days. Please see International Orders for more details.
